    It’s a book that I consulted tonnes of times borrowing it from friends or a the library for the past few years since when I started canning. It’s easy and filled with recipes from different countries for a large variety of tastes. Definitely it’s more than worthy having it at home, always available when inspiration and right ingredients are there for “the joy of pickling” 🙂
